Better than Arizona/Utah/Idaho/Colorado nosebleed weather, but has nothing on the "never exceeds 80 in July" weather of San Francisco. Never will.

But given how limited the Left Coast climate truly is, and the other U.S. climates, FC by default. Better the further north/higher in the Appalachians though.

Although I miss the daily thunderstorms I grew up with in Florida, I damn sure don't miss the intense daily humidity coupled with the heat. No thank you. I may be upset that it rarely ever rains here in Kansas City, but the heat is way more tolerable. However, that's only commenting on the climate of the Southeast, not the Northeast.

The thing is that the north east coast and south east coast have considerably different climates.

If it isn't Southern California, it's a horrible climate by default. (And even here it gets foggy and a little too cold at times.)

Why can't it just be sunny, dry, and 88 degrees everyday, all year?Huh?:-(

...why 88?

Because 85 isn't warm enough, 90 makes me sweat, 86 and 87 don't inspire, and 89 is a pretentious way of not being generic. Of course.

Nothing will ever beat San Francisco for summers...ever.
