2016:

Brown would definitely win since Bridgegate, keeping all Obama 2012 states and adding NC and NE-02. AZ would be very close and could go one way or another.

✓ Governor Jerry Brown (D-CA)/Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ): 348 EVs.; 51.8%
Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ)/Governor Nikki Haley (R-SC): 190 EVs.; 46.1%

I think this would happen:

Governor Jerry Brown (D-CA)/Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO): 396 Electoral Votes/53.4% of the Popular Vote
Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ)/Representative Diane Black (R-TN): 142 Electoral Votes/45.4% of the Popular Vote

Chris Christie was not liked at all after Bridgegate, even in usually hardcore Republican States. Brown chooses McCaskill to sooth Conservative fears of a Progressive regime.

If that's the case Brown definitely wins. If Bridgeghazi didn't happen, I would have given it to Christie who exploits Brown's age and uses it against him.

Wouldn’t brown exploit Christie’s Weight?

I think that would be sinking a bit too low and reflect badly on his campaign.

Haha that would be weirdly funny but a PR disaster for Brown

I wonder if Christie would pick Pence as his running mate for the same reasons that Trump did.

It would certainly bail Pence out of his potentially competitive re-election campaign again.
