Who leaked this? I don’t think it’s Cohen because this was probably the ace up his sleeve to get a deal. I’d bet it’s someone from the Trump legal team

*puts on MAGA hat*: Even if this is true, it was still better than letting Hillary win because of her emails!

The meeting was only about Russian children. Nothing wrong with that.

When this is all over, not only Trump and his crew, but his voters are going to be heavily scrutinized.  You can’t claim ignorance or cite your dislike of Hillary because the writing was on the wall, and you voted for a traitor over a gramma who made a mistake with her email.  Everybody knew about Trump and Russia well ahead of the election (just not the extent) and you failed as a citizen and as a human being.

How would one “heavily scrutinize” voters? I think I’ve been clear that I think most Trump voters made a mistake in their choice, but I don’t follow what you mean.

Denials from Trump like this just make him look more guilty.

I should probably let the OP speak for themselves on this, but some of it has already been done, though there needs to be a lot more accounting, and it would help if the major media outlets stopped seeking out the perspectives of Trump voters.

The main thing if for nobody to take seriously their claims as to their beliefs.  Much of this has already been done but it needs to be consistent and sustained
1.When they claim to be religious, generally evangelical, demand they explain how they square their claim to be religious with supporting Trump.

2.When they claim to be 'TEA Partiers' demand they explain how they square their opposition to deficits with supporting Trump and the Republican Party.

3.When they claim to be Republicans, demand they explain how they square their view that 'people are responsible for their actions' with their support for Trump.

If I were an editor at a major media outlet, I wouldn't print a 'getting their side of the story' on anything until I had received a sufficient answer to these questions.

The key point is that Trump supporters have lost the right to be regarded as credible and sincere.

I'm all for charging every single person who voted for Trump with treason at this point.

^I'm sure all of that will end well. Totally won't backfire.
