Nobody has learned anything from 2016. I知 not going to sigh relief until the checkmark is put up.

It would be something to win two elections in a row that you weren't supposed to win.

That kind of smug entitlement complex played a big part in our 2016 loss, which is why I'm tempering my hopes for 2018. Dems have been counting their chickens for months now even though the third-degree burns from two years ago haven't even healed yet.

Does anyone want to guess how the President's response to the bombing attempt will affect his approval rating? I don't.

Unless there will never be enough people for Democrats to have any national influence again, I feel confident about the House.

The synagogue shooting will probably hurt him more.

Donald Trump has made America a more violent and angry society, which is the antithesis of statesmanship.

As anyone could have guessed judging by the language. But whenever Dems disregard overly dramatic criticisms of the party then suddenly we're cultist. Awwwlright.

The problem is you disregard any criticism. And this being Atlas, overly dramatic posts are tradition.

Interesting how similar GCB number's are compared to exit polls, 36% of 18-29 year old voters voted for Trump vs 55% for Clinton according to exit polls, this poll finds GCB advantage for dems at 55-37, virtually same split as 2016 election, although Dems do much better with likely voters, leading by 34%.

And at the worst possible time for him. He won't recover nearly enough before midterms, and that's going to reflect on results, especially through early voting this week.

If this is any close to right, the Republicans are somewhere between SOL and JWF in a week.

It's nothing like the tragedy involving the victims of the synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh.

There is no moral equivalency on murderous hatred. Robert Bowers showed contempt also for immigrants to whom a Jewish group gave aid. President Trump may not be an antisemite, but he has pushed anti-immigrant sentiments especially against Latinos. I cannot say that Robert Bowers did not respond to that aspect of a climate of hatred.

Haters usually find Jews a target because Judaism puts conscience above all else
