Thurmond is the favorite at the moment but I know plenty of people backing Tuck including my own family.
Who wins Orange County (my home county)?

Tuck easily his support of charters will allow him to destroy there
What will be Thurmond's best county, Contra Costa (Thurmond's home county)?

Thurmond has the backing of teachers' unions and most of the CA Dem establishment, whereas Tuck is a self-described "school reformer" that has the backing of wealthy charter school proponents. You can kind of guess where they lie on the issues based on that.

Tuck sounds awful. Go Thurmond.

It seems that this will be a race between the Urban areas and coast vs the rural interior and wealthy suburbs.

Who is likely to win? I know Tuck got the most the first round, but Im thinking Thurmond might be able to snatch up most Lily's votes.

Thurmond, most likely.
