I don't know. However, they're probably not that interested in U.S. politics Tongue

Because they don't want to post in a sh**thole.  Is that the answer you were looking for?

I like the one with the edgy crime/mystery writer.  Why do Nordic countries produce so many writers in that genre?  There are more murders in their literature than in their countries.

The Danes are supposed to be the happiest people in Europe (Belgium hosts the most morose (language issues?)), if not the world. So, on that basis, Denmark.

Is there any other people with Finnish blood here? I am 25% Finnish. There is a ton of Finns in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan apparently.

Then they should move to a better country, like Haiti.

I've been to two of them, Norway and Denmark.  Both were wonderful countries, with people who seemed happier and more laid back than in the U.S.  The scenery in Norway was the most beautiful I've seen anywhere.  In Denmark I was impressed by a sense of how much history there was.  Anecdote: I took a bus trip from Copenhagen to some place a few hours away.  The bus stopped at an old inn for lunch, an ancient looking building with a grass roof and a sign out front that said "Established 1109".  I was chatting with the waitress and asked her if the building had really been there since 1109.  She admitted that it wasn't quite true.  Although the inn had indeed been established in 1109, that was the old building.  This was the new building, which was built after the old one burned down.  I asked when the new building had been built.  The answer: 1630.
