I completely agree, and for that reason, I almost chose Iran. However, because North Korea has nuclear weapons right now, it tipped the scale towards them.

Yep, and NK is admittedly much more authoritarian and cruel towards their own citizens. They're really in a league of their own when it comes to modern governments.
