Trump. Pence would do the same things, but Trump is more bombastic and looks worse in the process, increasing the chances he's only there until 1/20/2021.

Pence. Of course he'd be a lot more effective than trump. But I have a feeling that if circumstances occurred that he were president, his administration and the Congressional GOP would be pretty neutered. Give me that over the madness we have now.
