Career Democratic politician from an area where you'd think a nice progressive could win (Western Wisconsin) but he's nothing but a centrist. One of the few pro-free trade Dems in the midwest and also part of the New Democratic caucus.

One of the few pro-free trade Dems in the midwest and also part of the New Democratic caucus.

Didn't know anything about him before, but from this he seems to be an FF. The more pro-free trade Dems, the better.
