This is my take on it. Cardi B is the social left and economic left, Jenner is the social center and economic center-right.
After Sun Belt realignment, Republicans tend to retain populist rhetoric to target the midwest, Jenner is a surprisingly "elitist" candidate for the Republicans, winning the nomination based mostly on her primary strength in the Sun Belt, leading to decreased enthusiasm for the Republicans in "traditional" Republican states by this point. Jenner campaign believes they can make up for it by targeting the Sun Belt, and are partially correct. However, Cardi B campaign uses this as an opportunity to focus on her more leftist economic beliefs, which flips crucial midwestern states, surprisingly including Ohio, and that, plus the fact the Democratic base wasn't alienated by her candidacy, helps her win a solid victory. Jenner's different brand of Republicanism, however, shows promise, and carries states like CA, CO, and CT, which haven't been carried by Republicans in years, plus makes inroads in NV, LA, and FL. Given demographics I imagine this is the map, Cardi B wins with around 330 EV.
