I think a big part of Nelson's vulnerability is that FL is such an expensive state to advertise in, and Scott is pouring his own cash into the race. That said, even without that factor, I can see why Nelson is vulnerable. I think the environment means Nelson is more likely to win than not in the end, as others have said, but it's still a pure tossup. Seems ridiculous since Scott won both of his elections by 1% and has a lot of baggage, but that's how it is.
