How do you think the 1996 Presidential Election would've gone if both the Oklahoma City Bombing and the 1995-96 Government Shutdowns hadn't happened? I think Clinton would've still won, but it would've been by a much smaller margin. the Electoral Vote (not map) might've resembled 2012 or even 2004, but I think Bill still eeks out a win.
