First and foremost, I fully recognize that this is a silly exercise. The chances that either of them become president is slim, because the chances that any given congressmen becomes president is slim. But just for fun, who do you think is more likely to make it to the Oval Office? What would their path look like?

On the one hand you have Conor Lamb, 34 years old, attorney, former federal prosecutor and retired Marine. Serving as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 18th congressional district since 2018.

And you have Joe Kennedy III, 37 years old, lawyer and grandson of RFK. Serving as the U.S. Representative from Massachusetts's 4th congressional district since 2013.

Kennedy, no question. I personally have a lot more respect for Lamb than Kennedy because I despise dynasty politicians, but Kennedy is certainly more progressive and more representative of Democratic voters.

I think Kennedy very well may become president down the line.

I personally like Lamb a lot more but I’d lean towards Kennedy. I see them both being senators at some point tho

Kennedy, because Democratic primary voters have poor taste. I don't see him winning the general though.

Can Lamb survive a hypothetical Republican wave one day? Kennedy can, but that would probably end Lamb's ambitions unless he becomes senator or governor before said wave happens.

I understand the OP stated this poll is ment to be silly, but really why bother?  Who cares about these two?  The Kennedy's are the living embodiment of dynastic rot and Lamb is a milquetoast careerist lawyer.  The Democrats need more Ocasio-Cortez and Ojeda types and less dead weight like Kennedy and Lamb if they want people with leadership potential in the party.

Dynastic rot? How about a family that has given so much to this country.

Including the lives of 3 of its best & brightest.

The answer should be Lamb, but unfortunately it is actually Kennedy.
