There's no reason to think either won't make it to 2019 or even 2021.

And should they, no, I won't be moving out of the country or even consider it. It just means that there will be a couple decades of terrible Supreme Court rulings.

The Court should be apolitical and (don't you dare berate me for this) but yes, "both sides do it". I must agree with MarkD in that it should objectively interpret the law AS IT IS MEANT TO DO.

Screw Ginsburg for not retiring in 2013 or 2014.

As for Breyer, there's no reason to think he will die soon.

They thought Clinton was going to be president and they would be serving side by side with a replacement for Kennedy, or Scalia; before things became apolitical with McConnell.

Neither Ginnsberg or Breyer has said anything since Kennedy's retirement, since he was the swing vote.
