1. The Atlas clock is slightly late.

2. I made sure to wait until the actual time PASSED 10:00 PM PDT (Midnight EST) before hitting "post".

3. The currently active Federal Electoral Act only cites the actual Eastern Standard Time, never the Atlas clock.

4. Therefore, my vote should be counted.

5. If it is not, I will be initiating a lawsuit against the Department of Federal Elections.

To be honest, preparing nukes for launch takes a lot of energy, especially if they have a really large payload. Its quite a lot to handle.
