99 is pretty much a guarantee. No one would buy up all 383 shares in an instant, including buying at 99, unless they had inside information.

Even if that's the case, it doesn't mean that the court is going to uphold partisan gerrymandering. There is a lot of things they can do other than striking down partisan gerrymandering.

The Predictit contracts for Supreme Court decisions are usually pretty stupidly written. Many court opinions don’t reduce nicely down to a binary decision. It’s quite possible that the chances of “Yes” might be different than the odds of “SCOTUS upholds partisan gerrymandering.”

That already happened in the Vieth case.

Vieth v. Jubelirer 541 v. 267 (2004) The Court upheld the Pennsylvania congressional map that was drawn in 2001-2002 that was quite obviously a partisan gerrymander.
