1. Improves water and energy efficiency in Federal Buildings and allows for more private competition within government contracts for it.

2. Lowers the ability for federal officials to travel to 75%

3. Limits government printing costs by like mandating double sided printing and eliminating the printing of paper paystubs.

4. Sells excess and unused federal property.

I request unanimous consent to waive the 72 hour rule and proceed to a final vote on this common sense bill. It's basically just free money.

I like this bill. It uses a lot of reasonable tactics to reduce the (huge) deficit that we have. Double sided printing, which is less paper, also saves trees too so that's something.

I assume I'm the sponsor, sooo I fully support the bill as it's, as Mr. R said, basically free money, and I support waiving debate and moving to a final vote

With no objections, Senator Not_Madigan has assumed sponsorship. Senators have 24 hours to object to Senator Mr. Reactionary's motion for unanimous consent.

With no objections to the motion for unanimous consent, we will now proceed to a final vote. Senators have 72 hours to vote aye, nay, or abstain.
