They had a pipeline that burned down a neighborhood and killed several people in 2010. But that's not enough for PG&E. They upped the devastation by an order of magnitude this time. If you're lucky, PG&E will just charge you high rates while having frequent power outages. If you're unlucky, they burn down your neighborhood.
