This is a pretty far out scenario, but what if Jeff Flake, sometime after his endorsement of Doug Jones, ran for re-election as a Democrat. He wins the primary and advances to the General with Martha McSally. What’s the result?

Flake would lose due to lack of enthusiasm at the Dem base, but he'd have a 0.0% chance to win the nomination.

Flake narrowly wins because McSally went too far to the right in the primary. (Sinema would have won easily)

Flake's more likely to run as a Libertarian than he is as a Democrat.

Martha McSally (R) 55%
Jeff Flake (L) 45%

Democrats-Don't even bother nominating anyone and simply endorse Flake.
