Safe R, but maybe teetering on the edge of Likely. Sutton is a strong candidate that's pretty much tailor made for South Dakota and SD is an elastic state. Still, it's a very Republican state and Noem is pretty strong herself.

I think Noem wins, but it is definitely my pick for a dark horse race.

This is easily Noem's unless we see polling that indicates something different.

Noem has frontrunner status but Sutton has raised serious cash and is a great fit for the state. Definitely a race to watch, especially if a real national wave develops.

Lean R, but this race has the potential to become competitive. A Heitkamp ad/campaign appearance certainly wouldn’t hurt, and Tester's mega coattails should give a boost to Sutton's chances.

Interesting, do Tester's mega coattails make ID/WY competitive as well? I wonder if Unbeatable Titan Dean Heller's mega coattails will sink Newsom in California...

NV also borders ID though, so Tester's mega coattails are cancelled out by Heller's. So when the coattails cancel each other out does ID go back to Safe R or toss-up??? Huh

Oh Yeah. Cox will win because Californians hate sanctuary cities and gas taxes and love president Trump as shown by his 35% approval rating there.
