Not yet Wink

Basically, in this universe, Britain was not completely out of money at the end of this world's equivalent to the Seven Years War (partially solved by pawning Hanover to Prussia). Thus, there was no need for increased taxation and, with the French-Spanish still in control of Quebec, the colonies recognized the requirement of continued security. In short so far, while there's discontent, it has by no means boiled over into revolution.

Move over America, Quebec the new freedomland in town.

Orders sent, took me some time to get an idea of what figures would actually be around to do things.

Any open spots at the moment, Spamage?

Naples is probably the only power I see being playable at the moment with so many slots filled. If you would like to join, it's yours. Smiley

With the chaos in Northern Italy, I could see Napels taking advantage and increasing it's own power in Italy.

Awesome update as always, I also hope people like the flag, decided to change it up a bit to fit the new Prussian influence.

I just want to give props to Lumine for the most realistic RP-ing in our PMs. Everytime I open them I'm just like, dang. This guy gets it.

Utterly crazy turn. I think Italy has shocked me the most. Inb4 Italy is founded as a theocratic republic.

Times like this make me glad I picked Quebec. Let Europe set itself on fire, I'll just chill here with my poutine and beavers.

Sadly I'm going to have to pull out of this; I'm going to be away for a fair bit of August, and I haven't had the free time/energy to devote enough time to the game recently, and I feel it's unfair to continue if I simply submit turn orders 2 hours before the end, and ignore a lot of the diplomacy.

I've had lots of fun as Britain, and have enjoyed the plotting, and various hilarity. I'd like to also praise Spammage for how well he's run this; these games are chaotic, and the speed, and quality of the updates has been amazing. My only regret is not staying on long enough for King George's madness.

Update posted. Prussia and Austria are at war (again... Wink )

Starting to work on the next turn now. Happy to announce GOTfan will be rejoining as Paolo Renier of Venice!

Unfortunately, you have been overthrown Sad . You're welcome to wait a turn and perhaps rejoin as the constitutional government, or pick from one of the current available powers

I'd suggest Prussia personally. Since they are a major power now at war with Russia and Austria.

Also nice turn update Spamage!

I'd be fine with option two. Close the game out and then maybe next year a part three?

That was a wonderful read!

Lots of interesting story lines for a future game, and happy to see super Quebec. If we get a part 3 I am definitely down.
