Unless I am mistaken, as long as it is just the names being changed with the basic institutions still operating the same way, it should be fine. I don't see what in the fourth constitution is different from the third in this regard and this what allowed for them to be Prime Ministers and MPs in the first place. It wasn't that long ago that you were an Emperor... Tongue

Yes, but I still think designating officeholders as popes and bishops runs contrary to the First Amendment.  Those are first and foremost religious titles; Emperor is not.  And it would be kind of meaningless to have those titles unless we were to establish a state church as well.

(And, personally, I always thought that 'Emperor' was kind of a silly title because the South was never an empire; it is and always has been a member region of the Republic. Tongue)
