5 is just rather amusing that it existed

9 has an argument to be kept, since a fall of 20 feet can result in injury I believe.

10 is the same as the shotgun one correct?  In that it's being designated as explosive or heavy ordinance?

12, isn't it redundant because all the nutrition labels are already supposed to be on each product?

1 is a dumb ATF guidance letter that suggests that wearing an arm brace when shooting a pistol could be the manufacture of a rifle requiring special licensing. Penalizing you for safety equipment is stupid.

2 is a clarification. We previously repealed the ban on flavored tobacco products, but as its still a new thing I wanted to clarify that the ban is also being lifted for vaping.

3 reduces the available areas to imprint safety labels on new gas cans.

4 is an added and unnecessary cost to new cars.

5 is redundant and unnecessary compelled speech.

6 carves out a special emergency exception for use of an effective crop protectant

7 is unnecessary compelled speech.

8 is an unnecessary, non-safety related added cost to ceiling fans.

9 changes the rules for cumbersome expensive safety fall protection by only requiring it above 20 feet instead of the current extremely low limit of 6 feet. I have to go up higher than 6 feet on unsafe buildings we condemn. Its unnecessary.

10 basically means manufacturers of flare guns for boats and stuff have to get special ATF licenses which is an unnecessary cost on safety equipment.

11 is an unnecessary limitation on free speech

12 is redundant and a burdensome cost for the vending industry which constantly rotates product choices and unnecessary compelled speech.

13 allows adults to send legal things to adults through the mail

14 is a policy I read about where basically veterans hospitalized who needed inhalers would be given ones to use at the hospital, be told to leave it behind, and then the doctors wrote them a new prescription for an inhaler on discharge. Inhalers are durable. Just let the veterans take the perfectly good inhalers instead of just throwing them away.

15 protects the civil rights of persons in compliance with the law

16 we did this for raw milk earlier; this extends the protection to canola oil and olive oil and sunflower oil and peanut oil and such.

17 unnecessarily bans artisan cheeses ... http://www.latimes.com/food/dailydish/la-dd-new-fda-regulations-cheeses-20140903-story.html

18 protects family farms

19 protects grog

20 protects against frivolous lawsuits

Final vote is now open for 72 hours or until 12 hours after this bill has enough votes to pass or fail or until everyone has voted.

On second thought, the good outweighs the bad in this bill, so I'll change to Aye.
