For 3, are their any significant risks of contamination that caused this to be passed in the first place?

Also, I really don't understand the point of 4 (though I suppose it makes it easier for people my age to juul until 2025, by which point they'd be able to do so legally anyway).

Finally, part 20 brings up something I was kind of struggling with regarding the FHTAGN act: doesn't state law overrule federally-set rules in national parks?

1 arbitrary shape

2 unnecessary compelled speech

3 is unnecessary and overly broad. I guess I can see "rings" as possibly cracking an egg if you are clumsy, but as worded "jewelry" extends to earrings and other pieces that dont pose any risk, which is federal dress code bs

4 is because I never know how irl regulations work in game. In 2017, irl the FDA delayed this rule until 2022. I said 2025 because I am not sure if that happened in game or not. Basically any vape from 2006 or later has to register their products and do all sorts of new testing a paperwork for FDA but that takes time.

5 are unnecessary speech limitations

6 is a weird thing I deal with irl at work with the City on HUD compliance. We have to set aside 15% of our federal HOME money award aside for a couple of CHDOs to use. They are very inefficient and we'd be better off managing the money. This change allows localities to use CHDOs if they want but to also keep the money if they can better use it.

7 is a slow cumbersome unnecessary reg

8 allows you to unlock your phone in game (again, not sure if the IRL reg passed in game)

9 is overcriminalization

10 is unnecessary

11 enters Woodsy Owl into public domain

12 allows women to control their bodies

13 is a dumb ATF guidance letter that said dish scrubbing pads could be considered an illegal silencer.

14 Adds an extra OTC medicine to the list of Atlascare HSA approved purchases

15 closes a government loophole that stupid people were saying Obama irl should have used to hyperinflate the economy my minting trillion dollar platinum coins since technically a dollar value limit was never in the law authorizing platinum commemorative coins.

16 allows people to trade if they want because why should the federal government care as long as you report your income in dollars

17 is an unnecessary regulation on a dying medium

18 was a really stupid ATF guidance letter that superseded an ok ATF guidance letter. The really stupid letter said that if you replace the rubber "wipe" which is the part in a silencer that constantly expands and contracts at great force until it naturally breaks down like your windshield wiper, you are "manufacturing" an entirely different silencer that requires a whole new stamp and can only be done by special people with manufacturers licenses.

19 Dont ask me about my toilets

20 Under the circumstances, I would say the constitutional provision authorizing federal ownership of certain properties, which includes those properties on federal parkland such as bathroom facilities, would control over contrary Regional law. As the federal government owns the land and the building, I would say that the related power to make regulations for such properties can include who pees where.

Final vote is now open for 72 hours or until 12 hours after this bill has enough votes to pass or fail or until everyone has voted.

I can't find any faults with this bill. It seems like removing unnecessary regulations again.

Aye.
