Most of these I get, but...

Are there any environmental/preservationist reasons for keeping #9? Just curious?

Also, for #12, is it really a good idea to allow prostitution in government hospitals?

1 is unnecessary compelled speech which I like to minimize whenever possible

2 is over policing note passing

3 is an arbitrary cap

4 is an unnecessary limitation on how people can speak which I like to minimize whenever possible

5 expands the eligible and qualified pool of foster parents for Indian children

6 is an arbitrary number and also unnecessary

7 is an unnecessary restriction on enjoying public lands

8 sets the ozone limits at a fixed level rather than a range. The Final Rule from 2015 lowered it from 75 to a range between 70 and 65 based on a bunch of factors. This change would fix the number at 70 for predictability while not paring back to 75 like I wanted to in the environmental regulations act.

9 imo is an arbitrary number. I dont like the idea that there is a criminal penalty if someone doesnt measure the exact amount of dirt they bury their schit under. The actual language of the current reg is:

10 is unnecessary

11 is a restriction on speech and association which I try to minimize

12 is an example of me wanting the federal government to cede enforcement powers to the regions. I dont see general criminal enforcement of general crimes to really be within the feds purview. Im not saying prostitution should occur in these facilities, just that federal law enforcement arent the ones who should be arresting people over it.

13 is an unnecessary restriction on enjoying public lands

14 is an unnecessary restriction on enjoying public lands

15 is a federal dress code which I really try to minimize

16 was a stupid reg that caused microwave shortages because the clock on the microwave wasnt green enough.

17 is a random restriction on selling donkey meat from certain donkeys butchered on certain days.

18  is unnecessary compelled speech font which I like to minimize whenever possible

19 is an unnecessary restriction on a niche, hobbyist only market

20 is unrelated to safety, but appearance, because more locust bean gum makes the pudding less lumpy

Final vote is now open for 72 hours or until 12 hours after this bill has enough votes to pass or fail or until everyone has voted.

I also oppose #12 here (why would that ever be a good idea to allow prostitution in hospitals), so Nay.

Nay (as with the other bills, I do apologize for not raising some concerns before).

Number twelve I find problematic, and I'm not convinced by the argument that it should be a state issue, considering the VA is a federal agency.
