Hawkish in 04, grew war weary and voted for Obama in 08. Didn't vote in 2012 because he disliked Obama and Romney for any number of reasons. Voted for Trump in 2016 either because he remained anti-war and thought Hillary was worse on intervention or had become hawkish again and wanted Trump to "bomb the sh**t out of ISIS" like he said.
