2. Basically the current 23rd (R+6/65% Hispanic)
3. Midland/Lubbock (R+26/51% White)
4. Laredo to McAllen (D+21/92% Hispanic)
5. McAllen to Brownsville (D+22/92% Hispanic)
6. Brownsville/Corpus Christi (R+2/67% Hispanic)
7. Southern Bexar (D+21/79% Hispanic)
8. Northern Bexar (R+7/47% White, 41% Hispanic)
9. Eastern Bexar/I-35 (R+15/53% White)
10. Rockport to Brazoria (R+14/48% White, 32% Hispanic)

Likely illegal as a packing of the Hispanic vote--you have to have N-S baconstrips.

There's a reason why the fajita strips exist. Yes, it looks disgusting, but unfortunately it's the only way to satisfy the VRA.
