Yeah, don't trust internals, but we really haven't gotten any real polling on the race since the primary. Manchin is still the slight favorite here, but he's not winning by 8. Business as usual.
Also, Blankenship isn't completely irrelevant. Even if he's not on the ballot, his interference can be nothing but bad news for Morrisey.

It's a lose lose for Morrisey tbh. If Blankenship is on the ballot, then chances are it's enough to spoil Morrisey. However, even if he doesn't make the ballot, he has plenty of other ways to destroy Morrisey's candidacy. If he wants to, he could cry foul about rigged elections is probably enough to sway his base to stay home and ruin it for Morrisey either way.
