AL-SEN 2002 hypothetical with no Democrat. Jeff Sessions (R) vs. Jeff Allen (L). Would Allen have won any counties or not?

Allen would've won Macon, Sumter, Greene, Hale, Wilcox, Bullock, and Lowndes at the very least. Those are counties that Allen would win just because he would be the not-R person on the ballot.
