Given their past leadership tenure in Nyman, my top two choices for speaker are Scott and Goldwater in that order. Pericles is 3rd and tbh I'm not sure if I trust anyone else.

Not that I want to be Speaker again, but just so you know I served in the Atlasian Senate as a Fremont Senator and I previously served as Fremont Speaker. So I have "tenure in Nyman" as well as experience in local government. Also, I haven't ever been involved in any scandals, corruption related or otherwise, so I don't know what there is not to trust about me.
