Rate SC-05.

I say Tossup but closer to Lean D than Lean R, Parnell is a good candidate and Norman has the comments on Gabby Giffords weighing him down some.

Likely R. Similar sort of case to KS-04, but I think Dems have a better shot here due to the Ralph Norman scandal and also the seat being more (non-Atlas) blue (though possibly less elastic).
