Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Paraguay, and Peru have all just withdrawn from the organisation, leaving only the hold-outs of Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Suriname, Uruguay and Guyana. This was one of Chavez's big projects; I guess with the pink tide receding there is less use for it.
