*bump*
I just want to say that I still find it funny how he seems to think that which states go for which party in the 2020 presidential election will be meaningfully impacted by 1) who holds the governorship in that state, and more strangely 2) the fact that redistricting will be based on 2020 census numbers. Redistricting and reallocation doesn't really happen until *after* the year 2020, so how the heck is it going to influence the 2020 election (rather than the other way around)? Will voters who otherwise wouldn't have voted for president turn out to the polls in order to impact the state legislature races for redistricting?!?
