Fremont Parliament: Lean U majority -> Likely No Majority

With the field now clearer, the current slate of candidates does not allow any party to hold a majority. It is still possible that other candidates may enter, so we leave this race as Likely No Majority for now.

Lincoln Senate: Lean U -> Likely U

With Mike Wells now having obtained an endorsement from Lincoln's other popular Senator, Minority Leader Not_Madigan, and incumbent Senator Thunder showing no signs of recovering from his scandals and divisive comment, we feel comfortable moving this race to the Likely column for the Progressives.

Overall Senate: Lean No Majority -> Likely No Majority

As the Lincoln race will decide whether or not the Federalists will obtain a majority, this race is being moved to Likely along with the rating change in that race.

While this is very uncertain, as very few candidates have entered the race, many semi-active Fremont politicians are PUP members, so it's safe to say they have a slight edge.

Though LouisvilleThunder is the incumbent, he is not very popular and has been recently embroiled in several scandals and has been attacked from both sides on policy, conduct, and voting positions. Lean U, almost Likely.

The Lincoln race decides whether or not there is a Federalist majority in the Senate. No other party can gain a majority (Alliance theoretically can but aren't running anyone in Lincoln), so the Senate leans No Majority.

Recent polling has shown the race is closer than expected, with the recent Atlas-Reed poll showing Peebs shockingly in the lead. While we still believe Del. Fairbol is favored, we are moving this race to Lean out of caution.
