Really, the decision to make his interns overwhelmingly white makes a lot of sense from the Team Trump perspective. Because when he sexually assaults them, the reports of how the Apricot Awfulness forced himself on a young minority woman will be leveraged by his opponents and create painful confusion among his cultists.  But when he sexually assaults a young white woman, well, that just proves his bona fides as a good Republican.

I generally dislike idpol where you must hire people because they belong to a certain group but this one is also idpol, but not a surprise, the west wants a fascist ethnostate where all "barbarians" will be barred and it's going to get worse by 2100, when 1/4 of the world will live in Africa. But seriously, where was the GOP going to find young nonwhite Republicans who want anything to do with this administration anyway? This is problematic but let's not forget that the GOP is 85-90% white or so (which is terrible in such a diverse country as the US, politics shouldn't be race-based).
