The polls open at 12:00:00 am (EST), or 1 am EDT—so you need to wait.

Thats weird. When i google EST,  it says its currently after midnight EST. Why is Atlas funny?

Thats weird. When i google EST,  it says its currently after midnight EST. Why is Atlas funny?
I can't say for certain, but I think it's because the default forum clock is set to ignore DST.

I do believe it actually says ET, not EST. Which, during daylight savings time, defaults to EDT, not EST.

I do believe it actually says ET, not EST. Which, during daylight savings time, defaults to EDT, not EST.
The law definitely says Eastern Standard Time, though, which historically has been taken to refer to the default forum clock (which currently reads 11:22), at least during my time in Atlasia. IIRC, Congress recently voted to abolish DST to clear up this ambiguity.

I meant Google, not the law. Am fully aware the law is strict Eastern Standard.
