Does "involuntary servitude" cover serving in jail? After all, "involuntary servitude" means someone being forced to do things against their will; wouldn't that cover doing nothing and being forced to do things against their will?

Is that service though? The outcome sought is the feeding of those being forced to walk, not the economic gain of the authority.
