Perhaps the case can be made that there would be an "experience gap" for somebody running for president without any prior career in government, but offices below that are increasingly less relevant to that point. Running for legislative offices and city councils is where a lot of people get started because you can start at entry level. But executive offices require a lot more work than that. With that said, she isn't going to win anyway so it's pointless arguing about it.
