She would also do this thing where instead of answering the question, she would attack Cuomo? Though half of the debate was about subjects that have nothing to do with upstate, so I was pretty unimpressed in general. From a few comments I've seen, that might have changed a few minds.

Cuomo is many things, but he is not an idiot. If he does that, it means he isn't running for President, something he desperately wants to do...so I think he'd sign such legislation (especially any voting rights legislation).

The campaign contributions (bribes) Cuomo has taken signal to me that he never prepared for the State Senate to flip and his whole IDC scam to come tumbling down. I would imagine, anyone who's spent their political lifetime taking bribes from these people would have to pay them back somehow.
