PA-5 is a new congressional seat in Delaware County and southern Philadelphia that leans heavily Democratic. There is no incumbent and as a result, there is a very large Democratic primary field. She previously ran as a candidate in the Philly suburbs before dropping out in 2016, although she still has a hefty campaign account leftover from her previous congressional run.

Democratic candidates in this race include Philadelphia former Deputy Mayor of Labor Rich Lazer; attorney Mary Gay Scanlon of Swarthmore; former Morgan Stanley wealth manager Lindy Li of Malvern; attorney Dan Muroff of Media; scientist Dr. Molly Sheehan of South Philadelphia; former CIA officer Shelly Chauncey of Glen Mills; Chester Mayor Thaddeus Kirkland; entrepreneur and journalist David Wertine of Haverford; attorney and consultant Dan Boyle; political science professor Mary Ellen Balchunis of Ardmore; and George Badey, chairman of Radnor Township’s Democratic Committee.

Dianne Feinstein weighing on the PA-05 Democratic primary. She endorsed Lindy Li in 2015, when she was first running for Congress. Hasn't made an official endorsement this year, but that cheque seems to imply she will soon. Other Democratic bigwigs like Al Gore and Madeleine Albright endorsed her in 2015/2016, so maybe they'll endorse Li this year again.

Good to know who the  GOP-lite wing of the party is supporting, so that true progressives can support someone else

Feinstein endorsing the second worse candidate based on bios is surprising...I would've thought she would've gone for the worst. That being the former CIA officer of course, not that "former Morgan Stanley wealth manager" is much better in terms of resume.

Shelley Chauncey flopping hard fundraising-wise brings me joy like no other, but oddly enough Li, despite her background, is probably the best viable Democratic candidate other than Molly Sheehan.

Rich Lazer and Ashley Lukenheimer both seem like much better candidates from what I know about them.  Chauncey dropped out and endorsed Lukenheimer IIRC.
