Guys please don't pressure him if he's in an exam stretch.

Agreed. It's best to be patient until he's done with his exams and completely relaxed. I only asked him to see what was going on

It's realllllyyyy too late to let anyone in at this point, since Super Tuesday is already happening.

For a Dem or Rep, but the Libertarian and Green Parties are in fact open (someone could play in the Libertarian Primary)

Yeah you're right there, especially with the Libertarians since ReaganClinton failed to post a schedule for Ventura and we only have one other candidate there, Carolla.

Sarah Palin isn't that far- fetched, even at this point. Just let him play.

How could anyone jump into the race AFTER Super Tuesday?  I can understand joining as a Third Party but it's too late to join the Rep or Dem primary.

Anyone joining this far (after Super Tuesday) as a candidate of the Dems or Reps is pretty unrealistic, plus, Palin has been a vocal supporter of DeMint's camapaign since before Iowa.

How about someone for Americans Elect? We still don't have someone in that field.

I would be open to having another republican but don’t choose someone who has already endorsed somebody

No more people for the republican or democratic primaries. Independents are ok.

Huntsman would be better suited as an Independent or an Americans Elect candidate anyways, based on his becoming Ambassador to China in the Obama Administration.

He would probably run as a Republican since that is what he did IRL

Also, Jackson Hitchcock probable shouldn’t choose a Tea Party candidate like Palinsince that area is pretty filled with both Bachmann and DeMint

You could argue Bachmann is one of the founders of the movement.

Also, in this TL, Palin didn't get picked by McCain in 2008, so she doesn't have the name recognition that she does here. (If I remember correctly, McCain picked Lamar Alexander instead).

Yeah, you remember correctly. (I was the one who suggested it on Discord)

To Hitchcock - Unfortunately, it's too late to plausibly enter as a Democrat or Republican. However, the Libertarian field is still open, or you could join as an Independent.

To all - I'm only midway through finals, so I likely can't update the results until late next week. When I get back; however, do note I will be shortening the turns back to their normal time of 72 hours.

I'm hearing a few questions about when this will come back - we're still on track for Friday.
