So Fetterman’s share in Allegheny is almost 80% of the vote while Stack isn’t even at 50% in Philly. He’s winning the western counties by big margins as well.

Means nothing so far. Lazer is the only candidate from the Philly part of the district, so he was always going to run up the score in Philly. But the vast majority of the district is in Delco, which has yet to report.

He's the Deputy Mayor for Labor for the Philadelphia Mayor.  Most of this district is not in Philadelphia.
