Nope. The polling facility itself, including the clothing of the people in it, should be neutral. Of course it shouldn't affect anyone's vote, but it clearly would.

Np.  The reason for these laws isn't that someone might be influenced by slogans on clothing.  It's the very real history of violence and intimidation at the polling place in American political history.  If you think it can't happen here, sadly it already did. If you think it can't happen here again, I suggest you take that up with George Santayana.

no, although it shouldn't influence votes, all precautions should be taken to ensure the polling station is neutral politically.
