Lol, I think OP intends for this to be a universe where Bush could attain the nomination. Tongue

If he were governor, it would really depend on the factors of the society at the time. If the world ended up like TD says in BTM, he might be able to win the nomination based off his Bush family lineage plus his support for Trump and other conservatives in the 2010s, bridging some of the gaps in the party, but that would likely trouble him when he goes up against the Democrat
