Having the governor of our region elected every third month will increase interest and participation in the game, as elections are the one of the most exciting parts about it.

I made a few changes to the amendment to prevent the current governor from having to face election again in March.

I was thinking that "every third month" would start in May.

If it starts in May, Fremont would have to dissolve immediately. If it starts after this term, Fremont's government is able to serve its full term.

ALSO PLEASE AMEND IT SO IT APPLIES TO THE ASSEMBLY AS WELL

This looks good so far however I have to agree with Sestak that having  assembly members have the same term length as the Governor would be best best. I am not sure how many would turnout for just an assembly election so having both assembly and governor elected together makes more sense from a turnout standpoint.

I agree with governor. I see that there are some concerns from Fremont regarding scheduling. Would the citizen from Fremont care to explain?

Also, if L9.10.6. passes, then the Lieutenant governor would also be elected every three months.

Just a point: including the clause "after the term of the current governor ends" in the body of the amendment proper will cause it to never be implemented, since there is never any governor other than the "current governor;" when 1184AZ's term ends, his successor will become the current governor, and so on into perpetuity. In the interests of avoiding a paradox, I would recommend amending the proposal as follows (though I recognize I have no authority to offer amendments before this Assembly):
