Confused....

So I see a quote "I'm an American and not a bump in the road"..... but not sure of the reference nor context, let alone what this is actually supposed to mean.

Now we see a non quoted "quote" again without any context:

No matter how young you are, no matter how much you scream and cry, no matter how loud your boots when you stomp the ground, or how many signs and chants you recite, I will always protect my constitutional rights. And of so, I will wait and resist, until the confiscation team arrives at my door.

So here we have two sentences, which actually grammatically do not appear to comprise of anything resembling a proper sentence structure (Poetry not prose, song lyrics, stream of consciousness free verse style )

The first "sentence" appears to heavily be based around the concept of "I will always protect my constitutional rights", so although the garbled written style of presentation makes it difficult to properly discern the meaning of the author, I could imagine it reading more as follows:

"I will always protect my constitutional rights, no matter how young you are, no matter how much you scream and cry, no matter how loud your boots when you stomp the ground, or how many signs and chants you recite."

What is interesting here is that the author inverts what should be a more normal and traditional sentence structure, and interestingly enough the opening of the original "No Matter how young you are" paradoxically sounds like it was actually written by a younger adult, rather than a more definitive sounding assertion statement , which appears to have been perhaps more of the author's original intent.

Interestingly enough, regardless of the original sig, or the proposed alternative that I proposed, the basic concept involves appears to be heavily focused on "freedom of speech" type issues from the use of verbs such as scream/cry/stomp/recite....

Now we get to the second "sentence" of the 2nd Part of the Sig:

And of so, I will wait and resist, until the confiscation team arrives at my door

What the hell is a "confiscation team" and what exactly are they supposed to confiscate when they arrive at one's door?

We can assume perhaps this might be related somehow be related to the "Constitutional Rights element from the extremely confused first "sentence", but the whole "confiscation team" appears a bit out of place when it appears that the original author is emphasizing verbal and non-verbal style of communication, unless it is intended as a statement regarding of seizing one's constitutionally protected freedom of speech.

Of course there are multiple other problematic issues here regarding the author's intent regarding "Constitutional Rights"....

Various States are allowed to have Constitutional Rights, so long as they are compliant with Federal Constitutional Rights....

Oregon for example has much more expansive Statewide protections of Constitutional Rights than the Federal Government, and we take out Statewide Constitutional Rights seriously....

Interestingly enough the "I will wait and resist until the confiscation team arrives at my door", indicates an extremely passive personality archetype, especially considering the first "sentence" that basically sounds like someone is barricading themselves within a house while a screaming horde of kids show up outside the house....
