How's he actually done as Mayor? I've no idea; if he's been a bad Mayor then it'd be good to see him get ousted. If he's been an average Mayor... well... this wouldn't really be "fair" as such, but that's politics. But if he's otherwise been a good Mayor and the people are going to throw him out because of a Presidential endorsement, then I would support disenfranchising the City of St Paul on the grounds of collective insanity.

Yes, but how's the city's economy been? Crime rate? Public transport (if he's responsible for that)? Regeneration/Development? That kind of stuff?
