40% of hours in days, (so 40% times 24).

If you worked 30 hours a week, you'd get 12 days vacation a year.

We might want to make this 50% so it matches the 20 days set for 40-hour workers.

1. All workers in Fremont shall be entitled to a number of days off per full year worked that is equivalent to their average weekly hours worked divided by two.

Section 2-1 shall now read:
1. All workers in Fremont shall be entitled to a number of days off per full year worked that is equivalent to their average weekly hours worked divided by two.
                i. their average weekly hours worked divided by two, if their average weekly hours worked does not exceed fifty.
                ii. twenty-five hours, if their average weekly hours worked exceeds fifty.
