So part time workers get 20 days of vacation time by law? I really didn't address this in my campaign but it probably should be discussed now.

Ah, good point. Full time get 20, and part time get how many?

Maybe just 40% of hours they work per week?

40% of one week's hours for the whole year? I'm not quite sure I get what you're saying.

40% of hours in days, (so 40% times 24).

If you worked 30 hours a week, you'd get 12 days vacation a year.

We might want to make this 50% so it matches the 20 days set for 40-hour workers.

Ah ok that makes more sense. I'll author up an amendment

You technically have to "introduce" the amendment but whatever.

The above amendment passes, and the text of the bill has been reflected to show this.

With over 36 hours without debate, I call on a movement into voting procedure unless there is an objection in the next 24 hours.
