Too intertwined.

I have a...rather interesting interpretation of the constitution. Like, it's somewhat textualist, but it's also rather broad in terms of the rights it grants to individuals. For example, I think SCOTUS should be judging 4th amendment cases by the literal text, not "reasonable expectation of privacy" (which is a circular definition), but I also think the literal text grants people more rights than "reasonable expectation" does. Same for many other provisions.
