Wxtransit for re-election


Yep, it's that time again.

With now two weeks left to the election, I thought now would be a good time to open up a campaign office so that I can present my platform and answer questions from you. But first, a little backstory. I'm running for re-election to the House, a position I was elected to in the December midterms last year (this time, I'm not running write-in, though Tongue).

During my term, I proposed laws to reform our democracy, such as the Make Atlasia Debate Again Act (which just passed!), which will institute regular debates for multiple types of political offices, and the Voting Clarification Amendment, which will specifically define when the polls close, preventing another crisis like the TimTurner vs. Peebs case. Additionally, I have been one of the most active Representatives in the House, not missing a single vote.

I will continue stand for the core pillars of Alliance, of better democracy, environmental protection, fiscal responsibility, increased activity, technological development, and reform.

But in addition to the core values I stand for, here are some things I plan to accomplish in my term, so that you can know exactly what you are voting for when you vote for me. Expect me to propose laws to add a referendum system in Atlasia, so that citizens can have an increased voice in their government; implement high-speed rail, to help facilitate transportation between our regions and to increase economic development; renegotiate the Common Market with Canada, to increase trade and relations between our two nations and our peoples, and more.

If you stand for these same values, then I ask for your vote in the elections for the House of Representatives on February 16-18.

In addition, I publicly call on the rest of the candidates running for House to join me in a debate on the issues. A debate is what Atlasians need to hear, as most candidates are not running campaigns or have presented points as to why they should be the choice of Atlasians. It is only fair that Atlasia can hear where we all stand.
